What you will do

• Lead and oversee the work of assigned team members in manufacturing projects.
• Delegate work assignments based on team members' skills and experience.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve advanced problems during assembly.
• Inspect work quality and track resources, materials, and labor time for inventory.
• Collaborate with production management to resolve departmental issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform assembly tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Proven experience in effectively leading a team of employees.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering diagrams, and written directions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management.
• Sponsorship is not available; must be authorized to work in the US.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
