Salary: $80,000–$110,000 Annually

What you will do

• Translate conceptual direction into complete design packages, including layouts, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Develop dimensional and functional specifications for customer-supplied components.
• Lead and guide drafting personnel on assignments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers as well as external vendors.
• Perform engineering calculations for sizing, performance, tolerance, and assembly.
• Support production teams in resolving manufacturing issues and optimizing production control configurations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology preferred).
• 5+ years of drafting/design experience.
• Strong CAD skills (Siemens NX/Unigraphics experience is a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of machine shop practices, fabrication methods, and GD&T.
• Proven experience designing tooling and fixturing for industrial assembly processes.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
