What you will do

• Own entity compliance for corporate entities in good standing across US and Canada, handling reports and state requests independently.
• Monitor intellectual property, hunt infringements, draft cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate consumer escalations, propose solutions, lead compliance training.
• Review products/processes for compliance risks, partner with Engineering/Product for improvements.
• Lead compliance audits, monitor risks, exceed regulatory standards.
• Automate legal tasks using AI and low-code tools into scalable systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from rigorous academic program with high performance.
