Salary: $65K – $80K + equity

What you will do

  • Own entity compliance for corporate entities in good standing across US and Canada, handling reports and state requests independently.
  • Monitor intellectual property, hunt infringements, and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
  • Investigate complex consumer escalations, propose solutions, and lead compliance training for the workforce.
  • Review products and processes for compliance risks, partnering with Engineering and Product teams for systemic improvements.
  • Lead compliance audits, monitoring key risk areas to set industry benchmarks.
  • Automate manual legal tasks using AI and low-code tools to build scalable systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a rigorous academic program with high performance.
  • Proven resourcefulness and driver mindset: solve problems independently and close loops proactively.
  • Interest in AI/technology for workflow optimization; prefer automated tools over manual processes.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with zero-error mentality for filings and audits.
  • Thrive in ambiguity with urgency and full ownership in high-performance startup environment.
