What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a fully remote, Mac-exclusive workforce.
• Administer user accounts, access provisioning, and SSO across Google Workspaces, Office 365, Zoom, Atlassian, and GitHub.
• Enforce device security and compliance policies using Kandji MDM and Bitdefender.
• Support audits and evidence gathering for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Respond to security questionnaires from prospects and partners to support the sales process.
• Maintain IT standard operating procedures and automate manual operational tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a Mac-only, remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace admin, Office 365, Zoom, Atlassian, and GitHub.
• Experience with Kandji or similar MDM solutions and Bitdefender or similar endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language.
