Location: Boston or Remote (Must have an eligible work permit in the USA)

What you will do
- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges, technical landscape, and requirements.
- Develop and present tailored solutions, including product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account strategies and drive the sales process.
- Respond to technical inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs with functional and technical solutions.
- Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive product innovation.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in IT pre-sales or technical sales, ideally with CRM or healthcare IT solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills focusing on needs analysis, positioning, and closing techniques.
- Experience working with CRM platforms or enterprise SaaS applications.
- Eligible work permit in the USA.
- Ability to perform up to 25% domestic travel.
Nice to have
- Experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry and knowledge of industry regulations.
- Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of industry data sources such as NPI, Medicare claims, PubMed, and ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes.
