What you will do

  • Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and growth roadmap for WC and MVA service lines.
  • Oversee operational performance to ensure revenue targets, client outcomes, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved.
  • Analyze MVA trends and complex claim issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead long-term capacity planning, organizational design, and resource allocation to support scalable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and Finance to support AI enablement and system enhancements.
  • Develop and mentor senior leadership to build a strong and scalable leadership pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing complex claims (Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance, including ownership of revenue targets and forecasting.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, payer behavior, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Must be based in the United States to ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
