Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (minimum 2 days/week in office). Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $160,000–$190,000/year

What you will do

• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic planning, goal-setting, and operational rhythm.
• Own the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) operating cadence, tracking decisions and ensuring alignment.
• Lead preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic communications.
• Execute high-impact, cross-functional special projects and conduct strategic analyses.
• Act as a steward of company culture to maintain transparency and connection across teams.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end from definition to execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership and board audiences.
• Strong analytical and business acumen to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• High EQ and interpersonal skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
