What you will do

• Act as a senior advisor and primary face-off to executive sponsors and steering committees across major industry programs.
• Build and expand strategic relationships with C-level leaders and key decision-makers to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Lead large-scale consulting engagements and develop the consulting portfolio within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical.
• Define and implement the strategic vision for the practice, aligning it with company goals and industry standards.
• Support sales and farming efforts by identifying new opportunities and articulating industry-specific value propositions.
• Serve as a company ambassador at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership platforms.

Requirements

• 10–20 years of experience in the real-economy sector with a strong mix of consulting and transformation leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional industry engagements with executive visibility.
• Must be based in the USA.
• English: Advanced (C1+) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Deep understanding of industry drivers, operating models, and competitive pressures in HCLS.
