What you will do

• Define and lead provider performance strategy across assigned markets or regions, setting targets for cost, quality, and access.
• Build executive relationships with health systems and providers, leading performance reviews and negotiations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network Performance Managers, fostering accountability and capability building.
• Oversee advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to drive improvements in cost, quality, and access.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracting, value-based arrangements, and financial performance with Finance teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Quality, Operations, and Finance to influence enterprise strategies and support growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in provider performance, network management, or contracting
• Minimum 5 years leadership managing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale improvements in cost and quality metrics
• Deep experience with health systems, physician groups, and complex providers
• Advanced analytical skills translating data into enterprise strategies
• Proven influence with executive stakeholders, business acumen in payer economics
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Medicare Advantage or government-sponsored programs
• Knowledge of CMS STAR measures and value-based care
• Leading multi-market or regional strategies
• Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related)
• Background in clinical operations, population health, or healthcare delivery
