What you will do

• Identify and secure state and federal funding opportunities, including Medicaid, appropriations, and Opioid Settlement funds.
• Track, interpret, and influence state legislation and regulatory activity impacting healthcare solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with state Medicaid agencies, HHS leadership, and key policymakers.
• Develop and execute state-specific market access strategies and navigate complex procurement processes.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to align solutions with policy trends and AI developments in healthcare.
• Collaborate with contract lobbyists and industry associations to advance policy and market objectives.

Requirements

• B.A. required; M.P.H or M.B.A preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in health policy and legislative relations, specifically in Health IT, Medicaid, and behavioral health.
• Experience working in both the public sector and the digital health space.
• Ability to travel frequently for work.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Comfort using AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot) to improve daily workflows.
