What you will do

• Define and maintain ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas across segments and use cases.
• Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation based on market trends.
• Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new features and product launches.
• Create compelling sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.
• Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams to fuel campaigns with product-specific messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer-facing narratives.
• Experience launching products or features with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) or developer-focused SaaS.
• Background in hosting technology or experience marketing to development personas.
• Pragmatic Marketing certification.
