What you will do
- Lead strategy and execution for marketing-sourced pipeline and long-term GTM operating models.
- Manage end-to-end paid acquisition across search, social, CTV, and retargeting channels.
- Design and execute ABM programs for high-value accounts and vertical segments.
- Drive organic growth via technical SEO, AEO, and AI-driven discovery optimization.
- Oversee CRO and landing page experimentation to improve funnel conversion rates.
- Develop attribution models and growth scorecards to connect spend directly to revenue.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, demand, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech.
- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and improving conversion rates.
- Hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, SEO, CRO, and campaign management.
- Deep experience with HubSpot and modern GTM workflows.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Practical fluency with AI tools and automation workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in CTV, AdTech, or measurement-related businesses.
- Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Clay, or Canva.
- Experience in builder-stage or high-growth environments where infrastructure was created from scratch.
