What you will do

• Own the global performance marketing strategy, defining channel mix, audience segments, and investment models.
• Manage a multi-million dollar annual media budget with a focus on MRR, Spend/MRR, and MER efficiency.
• Execute acquisition strategies across paid channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Drive experimentation frameworks for bidding and creative testing powered by AI and automation.
• Partner with Web and Cart teams to optimize site architecture and landing pages for performance.
• Lead and mentor a global team of paid media professionals and external agencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing overseeing paid media and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in AI platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Adobe stack.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide diverse teams toward common goals.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
