TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns to build qualified pipeline across target segments.
  • Develop and lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value accounts in partnership with sales.
  • Oversee paid media strategy and execution across search, social, and display channels.
  • Manage digital strategy agencies (SEO, AEO, GEO) and marketing technology vendors.
  • Optimize the website as a conversion channel, including landing page strategy and CTA optimization.
  • Manage marketing operations and funnel reporting using Salesforce and Pardot/MCAE.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of demand generation and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing digital agencies and vendors for performance accountability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and at least one marketing automation platform (Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot).
  • Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, and paid media.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Salt Lake City, UT.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B professional services or corporate learning/HR technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with ABM methodology and specialized tools.
  • Experience building or running an outbound function.
  • Interest in product marketing or channel and partner marketing.
