Salary: $114,400 – $156,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end video production lifecycle, including filming, editing, and publishing internal and external content.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences through regular regional travel.
• Provide strategic communications counsel and training recommendations to enterprise leadership.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training programs, including project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Create visually compelling presentation decks that translate complex information into actionable content.
• Oversee program administration and track key performance metrics to measure training efficacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in video production hardware (cameras, lighting, audio) and software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned region for onsite training and support.
