What you will do

• Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls to guide consumers toward financial stability.
• Investigate account details and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Utilize multiple software platforms simultaneously for real-time updates and service.
• Document all communications and account activities across digital channels.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize consumer resolution strategies.
• Maintain high activity levels to meet daily goals and commission targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong resilience, composure under pressure, and a professional demeanor.

• Must be able to work on-site in Lenexa, Kansas.
