TL;DR

Senior Manager, Client Onboarding and Implementation (SaaS): Leading the strategy and execution of end-to-end onboarding for veterinary clinics with an accent on team leadership, process scalability, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building scalable implementation frameworks, managing a team of specialists, and guiding clinics through complex workflow migrations.

Location: 100% remote within the USA

Salary: $75,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists, driving accountability and delivery standards.
  • Own the overall implementation strategy and lifecycle, from project planning frameworks to go-live execution.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal product and engineering teams.
  • Define team-wide project goals, success metrics, and delivery standards aligned with business priorities.
  • Build, refine, and scale project management processes, templates, and tooling.
  • Oversee training delivery and support the team in troubleshooting configuration, data imports, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex software implementation projects (preferably in SaaS).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Unable to sponsor work visas.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (10–15%).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
