TL;DR
Senior Associate, Implementations Onboarding: Serving as the liaison for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors while managing end-to-end onboarding of new plans onto ’s platform with an accent on project coordination, cross-functional delivery, and conversion timeline management. Focus on ERISA/plan design subject matter support, coordinating with recordkeepers/TPAs, and ensuring successful transition through release of conversion data.
Location: Based in New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale (hybrid in-office operation)
Salary: $70K–$80K base + performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Act as the primary internal advocate for plan sponsor and advisor contacts throughout onboarding.
- Manage the onboarding process from point of sale through successful transition of new plans to ’s platform.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, plan sponsors, prior recordkeepers, and/or third-party administrators to define conversion timelines, key action items, and delivery dates.
- Communicate overall project status to external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support and help the team meet expected service level agreements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project management and leading initiatives end to end, with strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using and optimizing operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly and rapidly create, iterate, and improve processes.
- Willingness to learn retirement plan design and plan conversion processes from point of sale through release of conversion data.
- General knowledge of ERISA rules and experience with one or more compliance/recordkeeping systems (e.g., SunGard Relius, ASC, FIS).
Nice to have
- QKA or higher ASPPA credential.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
