Salary: $181,000 - $240,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end ticketing and fundraising events experience to improve performance, revenue, and engagement.
• Build intuitive experiences for registration, sponsorship management, and onsite check-in tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science to execute the product roadmap.
• Act as the voice of the customer to identify and solve pain points for nonprofit teams running high-stakes events.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to define success metrics and track product outcomes.
• Transform ambiguity into disciplined execution by defining scope, sequencing work, and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including leading growth initiatives for self-serve SaaS products.
• Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling successful products that drive business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in experimentation.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate the product development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience in event technology, registration, ticketing, commerce, payments, or fundraising software.
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market software serving sophisticated organizational customers.
• Experience building products with interconnected admin, checkout, payments, and reporting workflows.
