What you will do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for logged-in Web, iOS, and Android experiences focused on engagement and in-app monetization.
- Integrate the Velo AI business guide into the core customer experience using agentic platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with other PMs to create a unified experience across formations, compliance, marketing, and fintech products.
- Run experiments to improve core engagement, retention, and product attachment metrics.
- Optimize purchase funnels and conversion rates using customer data and rigorous experimentation.
- Prototype high-potential ideas using AI tools like Claude, Lovable, v0, and Replit for rapid iteration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a Staff or Senior level.
- Proven track record of owning mobile app products (iOS and/or Android) and driving engagement on native surfaces.
- Experience designing unified, self-serve customer journeys across multiple product lines.
- Strong instincts for monetization, including CTA optimization and purchase flow design.
- Ability to drive cross-functional decisions with design and engineering without direct authority.
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and regional team structure).
