What you will do
- Analyze and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
- Interpret data from tracking tools including Google Analytics, VWO, and HubSpot to provide actionable insights.
- Ideate and set up web event tracking aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing analyses and one-off evaluations for campaigns, promotions, and website migrations.
- Identify and analyze audience segments to enhance targeting and personalization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and content teams to optimize engagement based on data insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to interpret web data using Looker, Tableau, Superset, or similar tools.
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely.
- Legal right to work in your country of residence or the role's location is required (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Experience with user behavior tracking tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
- Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
