What you will do

• Analyze and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
• Interpret data from tracking tools including Google Analytics, VWO, and HubSpot to provide actionable insights.
• Ideate and set up web event tracking aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing analyses and one-off evaluations for campaigns, promotions, and website migrations.
• Identify and analyze audience segments to enhance targeting and personalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and content teams to optimize engagement based on data insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to interpret web data using Looker, Tableau, Superset, or similar tools.
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO or Optimizely.
• Legal right to work in your country of residence or the role's location is required (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with user behavior tracking tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
• Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools.
