Principal Analyst

TL;DR

Principal Analyst (Data Optimisation): Shaping and driving the OTT Experimentation and Measurement strategy ensuring rigour in tests across territories with an accent on A/B testing, statistical analytics, and business segmentations. Focus on leading a team of analysts, developing experimentation roadmaps, and delivering commercial value through actionable insights and stakeholder collaboration.

Location: Hybrid working with 2 days a week onsite in Osterley office (London)

What you will do

• Shape and drive OTT Experimentation and Measurement strategy across Commercial, CRM, Proposition, and other business areas.
• Lead a team of 6 analytical professionals, managing workloads and career development.
• Serve as technical expert for the Optimisation team, unblocking progress and enabling high-quality delivery.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders up to Exec level, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate across data disciplines and business verticals to meet objectives.
• Shape the Experimentation roadmap with Head of Department and senior partners for commercial value.

Requirements

• Proven expertise with data tools like SQL, Tableau, GCP/BigQuery, Python, Adobe Clickstream.
• Hands-on experience with segmentation, predictive algorithms, and Insight & Decision Science methodologies including A/B testing, statistical analytics, business rule segmentations.
• Experience developing strategy, team structure, and personal development focus.
• Leadership to coach, manage, and prioritise team workloads.
• Business case definition, value realisation, and stakeholder management across Director level.
• Industry scanning for product innovation.
