What you will do

• Design dashboards, product metrics, and performance reports to turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate product data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
• Develop scalable data models from complex datasets to facilitate full funnel reporting and ML models.
• Lead the design and launch of A/B testing frameworks and translate experimental results into product recommendations.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines.
• Deliver data-driven storytelling and insights that shape overall product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of product KPIs and full funnel performance.
• Must be based in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Cyprus, or Portugal.
• Full mastery of SQL (complex joins, CTEs, analytical functions) and strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to create intuitive visualizations and communicate complex data ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Degree in analytics, software engineering, economics, or a related analytical field.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency space, financial markets, derivatives, or futures.
• Familiarity with dbt.
• Passion for continuous learning and improving user experiences through product analytics.
