TL;DR

What you will do
- Own and build GTM tech stack: Salesforce, intent data, outreach, enrichment tooling.
- Design and maintain data integrations and pipelines for unified, trustworthy revenue data.
- Build lead scoring and account tiering models using intent signals, engagement, CRM data.
- Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline performance, channel attribution, key metrics.
- Develop sales enablement insights, automated workflows, value-based messaging for AEs.
- Build and optimize AI-powered BDR workflows for scalable outbound across global markets.
Requirements
- Solid daily Salesforce experience from past roles.
- B2B SaaS background with understanding of enterprise sales cycles and pipeline quality.
- Comfort with intent data, enrichment tools, outreach platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for building models and turning data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative nature for cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, leadership.
Nice to have
- Salesforce development skills (Apex, Flow, custom configuration).
- Familiarity with sustainability, CSRD, ESG reporting.
- Experience building AI-assisted outbound or sales automation workflows at scale.
