GTM Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Own and build GTM tech stack: Salesforce, intent data, outreach, enrichment tooling.
• Design and maintain data integrations and pipelines for unified, trustworthy revenue data.
• Build lead scoring and account tiering models using intent signals, engagement, CRM data.
• Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline performance, channel attribution, key metrics.
• Develop sales enablement insights, automated workflows, value-based messaging for AEs.
• Build and optimize AI-powered BDR workflows for scalable outbound across global markets.

Requirements

• Solid daily Salesforce experience from past roles.
• B2B SaaS background with understanding of enterprise sales cycles and pipeline quality.
• Comfort with intent data, enrichment tools, outreach platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for building models and turning data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative nature for cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, leadership.

Nice to have

• Salesforce development skills (Apex, Flow, custom configuration).
• Familiarity with sustainability, CSRD, ESG reporting.
• Experience building AI-assisted outbound or sales automation workflows at scale.
