What you will do

- Maintain a deep understanding of consultant skills and career goals to ensure meaningful assignments.
- Monitor the resource management system and reconcile allocations to minimize revenue leakage.
- Oversee project health and resource utilization, developing action plans to balance workloads.
- Support US campus onboarding and resource integration for new hires.
- Analyze billing data and resource capacity to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas).
- Proven expertise in project management, coordinating resources and timelines.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
