• Support US campus onboarding and resource integration for new hires.
• Analyze billing data and resource capacity to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas).
• Proven expertise in project management, coordinating resources and timelines.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
