What you will do
- Manage new hire cohort logistics, including LMS curricula assignments, scheduling, and classroom readiness.
- Track training attendance, approve timecards, and monitor compliance completion for internal and pharma partners.
- Automate regular reporting for annual compliance and aggregate post-training survey results (eNPS).
- Act as the primary LMS administrator for Absorb and partner portals, resolving technical access issues.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) and department leaders to support training needs and program rollouts.
- Maintain detailed training records and certification tracking in preparation for audits.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Chesterfield, MO or Pittsburgh, PA offices (Hybrid).
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Education, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or staff development.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Absorb or similar).
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Strong proficiency with Slack and Google Suite.
