Location: Hybrid based in Chesterfield, MO or Pittsburgh, PA

What you will do

  • Manage new hire cohort logistics, including LMS curricula assignments, scheduling, and classroom readiness.
  • Track training attendance, approve timecards, and monitor compliance completion for internal and pharma partners.
  • Automate regular reporting for annual compliance and aggregate post-training survey results (eNPS).
  • Act as the primary LMS administrator for Absorb and partner portals, resolving technical access issues.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) and department leaders to support training needs and program rollouts.
  • Maintain detailed training records and certification tracking in preparation for audits.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Chesterfield, MO or Pittsburgh, PA offices (Hybrid).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Education, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or staff development.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Absorb or similar).
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Strong proficiency with Slack and Google Suite.
