What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing via LinkedIn and gaming boards to negotiating offers.
• Design and manage the complete onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations, mediating conflicts and guiding performance conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws (Quebec) and maintain HR policies in English and French.
• Oversee Montreal office space and support workplace health and safety compliance (CNESST).
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal) is required from day one.
• Must be based in Montreal or seriously open to relocating to Montreal.
• Solid working knowledge of federal and Quebec employment legislation.
• Experience in the gaming, tech, or creative industries (highly prioritized).
• Ability to thrive in nimble, agile, and startup-like environments.
