Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Strengthen the continuous feedback culture to make it actionable and integrated into daily operations.
  • Design and scale learning experiences and development programs to improve organizational performance.
  • Define and systematically build capabilities needed for the company to scale.
  • Develop programs to support and enable managers to become stronger leaders at every level.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance review process to reduce complexity and increase impact.
  • Ship high-impact pilots for onboarding improvements and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in People Operations or HR.
  • Proven track record of taking programs from 0 to 1.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to bring stakeholders along in program design.
  • Strong research skills and a commitment to thoughtful, foundation-based execution.
  • Must be based in North America.
