What you will do

  • Lead programs involving cutting-edge optics, sensors, sources, and image processing.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from initial business case and design through implementation and sustaining support.
  • Identify and mitigate program and technical risks, establishing active mitigation plans to reduce risk throughout the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, service, and marketing teams to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
  • Drive technology prototyping and problem-solving both in-house and with external vendors.
  • Optimize ROI for products and engage with customers to drive adoption of tools and features.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Milpitas, CA.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience in a Technical Program Manager role.
  • Doctorate with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in advanced sensors, optics, or sources.
  • Proven track record of delivering products on schedule and managing COGS and value-based pricing.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, including the ability to present to C-level executives.
