What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Engineering teams to execute new tool and upgrade Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects.
• Act as a liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Technical Support throughout the project life cycle.
• Translate customer configuration requirements into system design requirements and communicate them to the engineering team.
• Manage internally and externally sourced engineering changes in compliance with company processes.
• Drive the creation of installation, setup, and calibration instructions for system delivery or update kits.
• Oversee engineering planning and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Control or Software) with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in project or program management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, system block diagrams, electrical schematics, and manufacturing requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Location: Must be based in Horsham, PA

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, data storage, or other capital equipment industries.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD systems, preferably AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience working within an ISO-certified organization.
