What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing processes and capacity buildout for future technology nodes.
• Develop manufacturability and functional requirements for innovative device architectures and process flows.
• Conduct theoretical simulations and engineering feasibility studies to evaluate process capabilities.
• Partner with equipment and material suppliers to implement enabling technologies aligned with the roadmap.
• Optimize factory infrastructure and operating equipment to improve production efficiency and output.
• Perform pathfinding activities and analyze industrial trends to establish cost-effective technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, US
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent.
• Experience: 12+ years with a Bachelor's, 8 years with a Master's, or 6 years with a PhD.
• Expertise in manufacturability, process development, and process improvement within high-tech environments.
• Advanced proficiency in manufacturing process characterization and technical documentation.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing supplier partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of emerging industrial trends relevant to process technology.
• Experience developing cost-sensitive roadmaps and coordinating with vendor ecosystems.
