What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, vendor, customer order, and alliance agreements.
• Provide legal support for global HR operations and compliance, including GDPR, EU AI Act, and Cyber Resiliency Act.
• Consult with internal clients to develop business/legal terms and provide training on legal obligations.
• Advise on EU, state, and federal regulations applicable to the business.
• Manage internal HR regulations, auditing reimbursements, and employee policy compliance.
• Continuously improve agreement templates for the contracting process.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as a lawyer in a US state.
• 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software industry.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating SaaS and software license contracts.
• Experience with EU regulations (e.g., DORA, GDPR) and privacy-related documents (DPAs).
• Proven experience in dispute resolution and mediation.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure in computer science or IP licensing.
• Experience with marketing vendor contracts, such as trade shows and lead generation.
