What you will do

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and other data protection laws.
• Act as primary contact for employees, customers, partners, and authorities on privacy and AI matters.
• Support sales in customer meetings, RFPs, and contract negotiations on compliance topics.
• Draft and maintain privacy and AI compliance policies and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed data protection and AI governance in workflows and products.
• Conduct trainings, support audits, and implement measures for data incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Law or similar.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid GDPR understanding and hands-on compliance experience; willingness to learn legal/technical aspects.
• Basic knowledge of contract drafting and law interpretation.
• Interest in AI governance; advanced use of AI tools.
• Excellent German and English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Data protection certification (e.g., CIPP/E).
• Technical affinity, experience in SaaS/IaaS.
