TL;DR

What you will do

  • Review and perform risk-based assessments of income contracts, including service, partnership, and B2B SaaS agreements.
  • Support RFP procedures by handling custom contractual terms in tender documentation.
  • Draft and systematize contractual templates, internal policies, and legally binding notices.
  • Negotiate and manage conflicts with counterparties and stakeholders across all deal stages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement contract automation tools and streamline review processes.
  • Provide legal guidance to billing, sales, business development, and product teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.).
  • 3+ years of experience working in an international environment.
  • Extensive experience drafting and negotiating legal documents in English.
  • Strong knowledge of common law or the laws of England and Wales.
  • Good knowledge of general principles of civil law, corporate law, and private international law.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and other major data protection frameworks.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or an IT/regtech company.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance principles.
