What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks across multiple stakeholders.
• Embed structured governance, reporting, and lifecycle management within the C&PM function.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical execution.
• Integrate change management principles to support stakeholder adoption and maximize ROI.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and dependencies to minimize delivery disruption.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing cross-functional business or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, and resource coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, MS Project, or similar.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bordon, GB

Nice to have

• Formal PM qualification such as Prince2, PMP, or Agile.
• Experience within logistics, distribution, or operational change environments.
