What you will do

• Manage Life Science capital equipment and upgrade projects from handover to acceptance, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Lead project components like lessons learned, risk, schedule; develop teams in these areas.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and customer interfaces through milestones including FAT, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed plans, monitor progress, manage changes, perform risk analysis, and maintain documentation.
• Report progress, escalate issues, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Solid technical background in life science or engineering sector.
• Experience in matrix organizations, client-facing roles, and leading dispersed teams under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
