What you will do

• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with ExCom members
• Structure and manage project plans including timelines, resources, governance, and deliverables
• Translate strategic vision into operational action plans with performance indicators
• Lead change management efforts and identify organizational impacts
• Monitor progress, track performance, remove roadblocks, and provide structured reporting to senior management
• Lead multiple strategic transformation projects simultaneously and recommend prioritization

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading large-scale strategic projects and transformation initiatives
• Strong experience in change management
• Proven background in management consulting and/or complex international environments
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with top management
• Fluent English required; French proficiency is an asset
