What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated plans with milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and clear team ownership to deliver outcomes consistently.
• Partner in business case processes, coordinating inputs, surfacing tradeoffs, and aligning on scope, outcomes, sequencing, and resourcing.
• Provide disciplined executive-ready reporting on status, progress, forecasts, risks, and decisions for top initiatives.
• Coordinate business readiness, operational preparation, go-to-market alignment, training, and launch execution.
• Own governance, financial tracking, approvals, documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs/projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong planning and execution discipline including scope, schedule, resourcing, dependency management, and decision-making.
• Ability to create crisp executive communications and facilitate effective forums.
• Comfort in ambiguity and organizational change, defining roles, expectations, and operating rhythms.
• Experience coordinating launch readiness and go-to-market activities with business owners.
• Working knowledge of governance, financial/compliance expectations, budget tracking, and approvals with high attention to detail.
