What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of sustaining programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, and quality.
• Manage and develop a distributed team of approximately 14 program managers across multiple sites.
• Assess and strengthen the existing PMO framework to improve scalability, consistency, and execution discipline.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Introduce and scale performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve visibility into program health.
• Ensure all execution aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Significant experience in defense or government contracting environments.
• Proven leadership of program management or PMO functions, including direct team leadership.
• Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
• Technical credibility through experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.
• Experience with program controls such as EVM or IMS.
• US Citizenship is required for this position.
