Compensation Range: $165,700 - $223,800

What you will do

• Lead the execution and profitable delivery of the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB) portfolio.
• Direct matrixed cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Develop and manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Estimate at Completion (EAC) budgets, and P&L.
• Monitor performance using Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Earned Value Management (EV), and MRP.
• Execute thorough risk and opportunity management practices to ensure program stability.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and external suppliers to manage performance and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a STEM field.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Current US Government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Advanced knowledge of program management standards including Budgeting, Forecasting, and EVMS.
• Experience supporting or managing missile production programs.
• Willingness to travel outside of Michigan 25% - 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of Defense Industry experience (or Master's/PhD with 13+/10+ years).
• 7+ years of dedicated Program Management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs valued between $50M and $100M+.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
