What you will do

• Ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction through product quality, delivery performance, and stakeholder collaboration
• Review, validate, and approve final product quality and certifications
• Lead global problem-solving and improve quality inspections across the international production network
• Drive, maintain, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Ensure compliance with local/international regulations, ISO standards, and customer requirements, including audits
• Promote Lean principles, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and KPI monitoring
• Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering customer orientation, ownership, and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s or MBA in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in quality operations and leadership in manufacturing, preferably international
• Strong knowledge of Quality Operations, QMS, IMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in multinational environment
• Fluent in English
