What you will do

• Lead and develop a global, multi-site engineering team.
• Drive new product development (NPD) from concept through launch.
• Oversee sustaining engineering, including cost reduction and lifecycle management.
• Align engineering priorities with business strategy, growth initiatives, and customer needs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Operations, and Sales.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams.
• Strong background in both New Product Development and sustaining engineering.
• Experience with Lean and structured development processes.
• Strong business acumen to connect engineering decisions to financial outcomes.
