Salary: $68,000 - $84,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Lead root cause investigations for customer complaints and internal quality issues using statistical tools like DOE, Gage R&R, and Six Sigma.
  • Drive product and process validation activities, including material testing and machine validation.
  • Manage Agile PLM change processes as a change analyst.
  • Support new product development and sourcing through quality validation and statistical analysis.
  • Own quality system processes including CAPA, SCAR, document control, internal audits, and training.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to improve quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality systems or engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA 21 CFR 820.
  • Proven track record of leading root cause investigations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile PLM or similar product lifecycle management systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in the USA.
