Business Development Representative (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
• Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers and target accounts.
• Perform research, documentation, and performance tracking to build detailed strategic insights.
• Collaborate internally across teams and partners to build growth-focused relationships.
• Work with Marketing to drive ROI on events and digital marketing activities.
• Partner with Account Executives to achieve collective pipeline growth goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and phone).
• Experience working in a professional office environment.
• Valid US work authorization without need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft or equivalent tools.
• Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or marketing.
