What you will do
- Engage prospects, build rapport, and collaborate with Sales Reps to close business.
- Expand client base via outbound calling to key decision makers in target schools and businesses.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions, delivering value statements, handling objections, and coordinating appointments.
- Develop leads, create interest in services, and book meetings for prospects with Sales professionals.
- Meet monthly quotas for dials, emails, touches, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead evaluation and execute customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
- Goal driven, achievement oriented, and self-motivated.
- Highly detail oriented with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and collaborate across divisions.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel for data-informed decisions.
- Comfortable with core business hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with potential work outside normal hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in Salesforce and SalesLoft platforms.
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
- Tech savvy with social media and marketing applications.
- Entrepreneurial zeal and interest in sales career growth.
