What you will do

• Own the AEO strategy, including structured data and schema to drive visibility in LLM responses.
• Build AI agents to autonomously run marketing workflows like content drafting and campaign launches.
• Design evals, guardrails, and feedback loops to ensure agent reliability in production.
• Architect publishing and distribution systems across CMS and various channels for minimal manual work.
• Run experiments across content structures and distribution strategies to iterate based on performance data.
• Codify successful workflows into reusable templates and internal tooling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing engineering, growth engineering, product management, or similar.
• Programming foundation and systems thinking for wiring agents, APIs, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience building agents or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong analytical skills to turn quantitative and qualitative signals into actionable decisions.
• High level of ownership and ability to prototype and ship independently.
• Familiarity with how AI models discover and index content (e.g., schema.org or JSON-LD).

Nice to have

• Experience building data pipelines and analytics for marketing instrumentation and attribution.
• Familiarity with modern CMS and programmatic publishing automation.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
