What you will do
- Own reporting and dashboards for ARR performance, including churn, contraction, reactivation, and expansion.
- Analyze revenue trends to identify root causes and inform GTM plays, segmentation, and customer coverage.
- Optimize renewal and expansion forecasting by improving data hygiene and visibility into at-risk accounts.
- Facilitate weekly and quarterly business reviews to support NRR and GRR goals.
- Design scalable post-sales processes, including customer handoffs and lifecycle milestones.
- Collaborate with GTM Systems to enhance Salesforce, Gainsight, and supporting toolsets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue, Customer Success, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in building reporting and managing workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
- Deep understanding of customer health metrics and leading indicators for churn.
- Proven ability to drive strategic projects from ideation to full process adoption.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and recommend revenue opportunities.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for company benefits.
