Location: Remote (Must be based in Portugal)

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Leaders to drive pipeline development, management, and reliable forecasting.
  • Analyze data from HubSpot and Tableau to produce actionable ad hoc reporting and monitor KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to onboard new staff and drive training certification programs.
  • Optimize the lead-to-cash process by aligning sales processes and CRM stages to improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver executive-level insights on productivity, win rates, pricing trends, and capacity planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Sugar.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and data-driven solutions.
  • Must be based in Portugal

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with business analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau.
