What you will do

• Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, advertising, email, and social media.
• Craft messaging and content strategy to engage target audiences throughout the buying journey.
• Nurture prospects via email sequences, retargeting, and personalized web experiences.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing ops teams for the timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and emerging B2B digital marketing best practices.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Expertise in paid media strategies, including display, paid social, and search.
• Experience crafting email sequences and familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot.
• Strong experience in social media strategy and best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with web personalization and CRO tools (Mutiny).
• Experience with predictive intent tools (6sense, DemandBase).
• Proficiency in project management software such as Asana or Trello.
